| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 4, 2006 This beer puts forth a mild aroma of hops. It is a golden colored solution that rests under a thick cream colored head. This beer offers a mild hoppy taste that has a slight bitter kick to it that tingles the tongue and fades smoothly. | 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jan 25, 2006 Stoudt’s American Pale Ale pours to a beautiful, bright, deep golden to light amber color, with a dense white head that eventually fades, and a moderate amount of carbonation. The nose on this beer is just so inviting. Fresh, fragrant, vibrant, citric hop aromas flood the nose. There is a slight underpinning of pale malt aroma, but hops are the star here. The palate is firm with good pale malt flavors, and some juicy estery flavors on the toungue. Stoudt’s American Pale Ale finishes with more malt and esters up front, then ends with a long, very dry, citric/grapefruit bitterness that lingers.

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | Jan 19, 2006 Pours dark golden with a thin off-white head. Aroma of clean citrus flowery hops. Not the typical grapefruit aroma that I get from cascades. Taste is light toasted malts and delicious hops. These cascades might have made me a convert. Today was a good day. thehinge (246), Wilmington, Delaware, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 26, 2005 Nice clear orange body with a medium sized white head. Citrus hop aroma with some dough and bread as well as some caramel. Rather pleasant hoppiness in the taste, moderately bitter, slightly sticky on the palette. Nice finish with some of the malt and bisquit, along with some lingering citrus/orange hops. Just a really good every-day pale ale. If this were a bit cheaper I would consider putting it in my normal rotation.
