Commercial Description:
This uniquely American beer offers a crisp, medium-body with a light amber color. It is assertively hopped with Pacific Northwest Cascades for a firm bitterness and delightfully floral aroma.

Clear copper appearance. Malty caramel aroma, with spicy piney hops. Mild palate, sweet caramel, butterscotch, mild spicy grapefruit bitterness in the finish.

Bottle. Clear amber pour with a small white head, light floral musty aroma. Malt character is of light caramel, orange and sugar, hops finish is very good. Nice balance, quite drinkable and refreshing. A decent APA that would land on my session list if it was more easily accessible in So Cal.

Medium orange body with thin dissipating head that leaves a light ring around the edges. Sweet hops with light orange caramel aroma. Malty hop taste with lingering hop finish.

08.17.05 12oz bottle best before 12/13/05. Amber pour with small but lasting white foam. Standard but tasty cascade aromas remind me of good times in Montana, floral, citrus, and cookie. Lighter bodied than advertised, but sweet and coating, then crisp and clean. Nicely refreshing if plain.

Poured a lighter amber with an average white head. Floral aroma with a very dry hop flavor. A little too dry for my taste, still a solid pale ale. Just not 100% what I look for in one.
