Commercial Description:
This uniquely American beer offers a crisp, medium-body with a light amber color. It is assertively hopped with Pacific Northwest Cascades for a firm bitterness and delightfully floral aroma.

Light amber coloured beer with a small head. Light fruity and hoppy aroma. The taste is grape and hop with some more difficult nuances. The finish is quite bitter. A good beer.

Very clear amber color with a small off white head. Aroma was light with notes of citrus fruits. Flavor lightly toasted, light fruit, light bitterness. Light bodied and dry. Drinkable and refreshing. Thanks DocLock.

Bottle via DocLock: Clean medium amber hue with small fading fizzy head and some lace. The aroma has notes of piney hops, grapefruit esters, pale and toasted malts, bready, a mild wildflowers. The taste starts with a bold strike of bitters and pine, followed by a twangy grapefruity nature. Some malts come through towards the finish and add depth. The feel is initially sharp and biting but finished chalky and metallic. A solid average APA, quaffable.

Deep golden body with a healthy load of suspended particles, presumably from dry-hopping. Moderate carbonation and a sudsy white head. Fresh, piney hop nose with a mild pale malt underbelly. Piney flavor plus some light orange citrus. Quite dry and bitter. A tasty and enjoyable, prototypical APA.

Bottle at Blue Smoke (NYC). First, the packaging, that flag just looks damn good on that bottle. Now, the beer. It pours a clear amber color with a medium size white head. It looks clean and good. A medium floral, citrus, hop aroma. Light bodied and crisp with flavors of citrus and a medium hop finish. Pour me another.

This is a solid pale ale. Nothing overly striking, but nothing disappointing. Recommended.
