Commercial Description:
This uniquely American beer offers a crisp, medium-body with a light amber color. It is assertively hopped with Pacific Northwest Cascades for a firm bitterness and delightfully floral aroma.

Pours a deep gold with a white head. Nice hoppy aroma. Taste is of hops, grapefruit and other citrusy flavors. Could use more malt. A bit watery on the palate but crisp and clean. Leaves a bitter aftertaste. Overall, a solid American Pale.

A very typical palate-cleansing APA with lots of tangy grapefruit Cascade flavor and not quite enough malt. Decent.

Pours a very lite blonde with a fluffy white head. Nose of cascades. Very little malt to balance out all the American hops. I really like this and it is much drier and hoppier than their IPA.

One of the better pale ales I have had. Not as bitter as some ales, so it goes down very crisp and smooth. A very refreshing beer.

Nice golden color with a thin head. The aroma is a sweet somewhat washed out hop goodness. The hoppyness is a good blend of bitterness and smoothness afterwards. A very fine robust mouthfeel that tends to stick to the throat.

Tap: Pours deep yellow, with nice head. Aroma of hops, citrus, and florals. Tastes floral, strong citrus, and very hoppy. I detected grapefruit in this one. Finishes smooth and bold. Very nice.

Sparkling clear, textbook amber ale with a small, fizzy, white head. The nose is citrusy and floral. Also notes of nectarine or peach. Moderately bitter, with lots of citrus fruit flavor and a hint of caramel. A touch thin, but not weak for the style. Light-bodied with a bone-dry mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Lengthy, very dry finish. Dangerously drinkable!
