| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 3, 2009 Golden colored with a decent white head. This is one of those pale ales that doesn’t really taste like a "pale ale" if you get my drift. It’s not particularly hoppy or bold but it does have a pleasant simple bitterness and a bit of a fruity malt backbone. This is exactly what it is. A simple session pale ale that is forgettable but not bad by any stretch. HonkeyBra (1350), Lemont, Illinois, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 30, 2008 Amber pour with an off white head. Light, hoppy aroma. Lightly hoppy, enjoyable flavor. Slightly bitter finish. Pretty solid for a pale, though nothing special. emacgee (1891), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA

The palate has a mild grassy bitterness with some sweetness. Butters (1651), Virginia, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 20, 2008 Bottle from Sams. Ate this with some spicy and tasty lamb vindaloo from Mint, the new indian restaurant in town. It was a match made it heaven. In fact, once I was done with the food and I was drinking the beer by itself, it was not quite as good. Oh well. Still a nice, well balanced pale. Cant complain. durhambeer (1219), Durham, USA
