Commercial Description:
This uniquely American beer offers a crisp, medium-body with a light amber color. It is assertively hopped with Pacific Northwest Cascades for a firm bitterness and delightfully floral aroma.

12fl oz bottel. Medium orange amber color, smallish foamy head. Aroma is malty and slightly sweet. A medium bodied, malty and fairly hoppy American Pale Ale (APA). Malts are sweet but are punched out by the hops. It well balanced. A little light flavors are bold, with a touch of citrus and pine. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Medium gold body with a thin white head, well balanced, complex hoppy ale. This ale goes especially very well with rich foods.

pours out clear pale gold with a finger thick white head that was pretty frothy ans still moving. the body is clear oarnge with some bubbles rising up from the sides of the glass. the aromas are very floral with notes of dry citrus, some hop bitterness, buttered bread, and a little yeasty. it is light to medium bodied with a really nice hop finish and a sweet overtone through out the whole tasting. i taste slight hops, some yeast, wheat? i also get slight lemongrass, light pale malt, a slight spice note, and a tad peppery. it finishes watery and the aftertaste is a little sweet and the beer is generally refreshing all through out.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of TheCheeseMan. Pours a clear amber with a rich and frothy off-white head leaving some laces. Lovely peachy hop aroma. Medium body, dry caramel, mouthfeel is a little tired, peachy hoppy finish. 221109

Situation: a nightcap to a day of hosting good friends Brad, Erin and the twins... Glassware: Yuengling pint... Appearance: copper golden body with thick foamy one-finger head; body is clear and patiently effervescent... Aroma: Hops are pleasant and aromatic but not overstated--definitely an East Coast thing...perfumy esters are present as well.... Palate: Bubbly, slightly effervescent and medium-bodied; smooth and slightly oily on the tongue... no real aftertaste... Taste: pale malts keep this ale flattened.... hops are bitter and well-placed; balance is struck well enough to be repeatably drinkable... Overall: Tought to find a criticism of this East Coast ale, sippable to the point of six-pack status; a soft end burn only encourages the next sip; cuts nicely into a London Broil...
