Hazy deep orange amber body with a light khaki head. The aorma is toasted almonds and grapefruit juice. There is a nice balance with hints of pine. The taste is weird orange flavored candy with some raspberry jam. There is also some bitter wood in the finish. It’s almost like licking a piece of wood. Teh smell was promising, but the flavor was a let down.

Aug 6, 2008 A very solid APA, without anything spectacular. I could easily burn through a 6 of these on a hot, summer afternoon. Very close to the real ale flavor and feeling that I have been looking for.

Jul 26, 2008 Pours a nice dark amber color with a big white head. Aroma is very pungent hops, mainly citrus and some grass in there. Flavor is very dry and hoppy, almost like an IPA, very good APA.

Jul 21, 2008 Bottle. Pours out an orange color with a thick white head on it. This beer gives good head, just like my old girlfriend. Taste is hoppy and full of citrus. And the smell is very similar. Alot of grass here too. Is this an IPA? No? Coulda fooled me. If it smells, tastes, and drinks like an IPA, then... wait wait, no, it isnt an IPA. A good crisp refreshing beer that I would like to see in the grocery stores so I could drink this more often.

Jul 18, 2008 a very nice and yet mainstream American pale Ale. You could make a very nice afternoon with this crisp brew.
