On tap. Poured dark and deep amber color (almost brown) with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of oranges and pine. Nice hoppy aroma. Tastes of citrus, pine, some toasted malts, and some caramel. Nice bitter finish. Some lacing left on the glass.

Gravity Cask. Yup, pretty much like the commercial description. Could maybe have benefited from a little more mellowing in the cask - a bit too much bite in the hops, but overall a good, stiff, quaff.

I was actually sitting beside Mike while I had this. On tap at Stoudt’s. Poured a nice amber brown color with thin white head. Strong hop presence that was very flowery. Hops and rye dominated the taste with a very bitter dry finish. Pretty good brew.

Draught at Stoudt’s: Aroma of hops, flowers, pine, and resin. Poured a medium brown/very dark amber/dark orange in color with a small, off-white head. Very good lacing. Flavor is medium to heavy bitter. Tastes of hops, pine, resin, and rye. Medium body. Sticky texture. Average carbonation. Bitter, dry, hop finish. Very good beer.
