I drink this and think of blossoming and rain showers and things not being frozen anymore. Other than that, pretty good beer roder60 (1027), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA

Sweet malty raisin aroma. Light on the tongue, malty but sour, with raisin and a tad bit of alcohol flavor. Bitter hoppy dry finish. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 25, 2004 Bottle pours a clear golden, small foamy white head, decent lacing, with minor carbonation. Slightly malty, bready... a bit sweet on the nose. Slightly malty, raisiny, but also some sourness. Good body, medium mouthfeel. Was expecting it to be a bit heavier. Finishes slightly malty. Meh... boring.

I’d say it’s up there with Capital (WI) in the US Maibock category. biznizness (942), Mooresville, North Carolina, USA

The waitress that served it to me was cute also. Wasn’t expecting it to be nearly this good. I will definitely try to find this and drink it again. Recommended.
