| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 3, 2008 July 2006 - My twin infants drink pear juice to help with their bowels. This beer smells EXACTLY like pear juice. Orangey yellow pour, little head, no lace. Flavor was like a honey/fruity syrup with a grassy hop finish that complimented the beer nicely, if not a bit out of place. Nice thick mouthfeel, almost like a thick fruit juice. If anything, a bit too sweet for easy Maibock drinking. Hance07 (192), DownSouth, Georgia, USA

Flavor is grainy and hppy w/ a soft, slippery feel; finishes overwhelmingly hoppy. Definitely an American version ofthe style. Beerman6686 (1287), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
