Bottle. Pours a clear orange/yellow with a small white head. Aroma of stale crackers, light fruits, some skunk. Flavor is crisp, same light fruits, small amount of bitter hops, odd out-of-place buttery taste. This tastes almost identical to a SA Boston Lager and even has the strange, out-of-place buttery taste I had attributed to SA beers....in any case, quite drinkable and tasty!

Bottle pours gold with a small diminishing head. The aroma is of bread with a hint of sweet. Banana? The taste is crisp and smooth as is the finish. There is more flavor here than in others of this style.

Pours golden yellow, with pillowy white head that dissipates pretty fast. Aroma is bready, grainy malts, very very small hop presence. Flavor is grainy malts, with a harsh aftertaste. Body is crisp and relatively light.

Beer pours golden yellow with nice pillowy head and good lacing. Almost no aroma, and I was sniffing HARD. Nice crisp, clean malty sweet flavor...but not overly sweet. Easy drinking and enjoyable. Just what this style should be.

Good, not great. This is a absent of aroma for the most, some hops, but minor. Appearance is clear yellow, with some nice head. Flavor is clean malt/hop. About a 5 of 10. Ok, more of an issue with the style than the beer, but it’s nice.

Strong hop aroma on this straw colored beer. Slight bitter taste like a pale ale but not quite as hoppy. Enjoyable.

A fine example of a pale German-style lager with a bit more oomph for the American palate, although still a light bodied drinker. refreshing and tasty.
