Nov 26, 2007 Poured a golden color with thin head and malty aroma. Nice flavor that was very smooth for a lager that was very refreshing and filling at the same time. Another good stoudts beer.

Nov 13, 2007 12 oz. bottle. Pours a clear gold with a moderate white head that disappeared before mid-glass. Light but pleasant aroma of bread, malt and very light hops. There was a stronger malt presence in the flavor with some light hops bitterness at the finish. A very solid lager.

Nov 8, 2007 Poured a golden color with okay white head and good lacing. Aroma was mild breadyness to it some noble hops. Flavor was a refreshing malty flavor smooth just the right amount of hop balance. Good lager.

Sep 25, 2007 Pours light golden with a fully receding white head. Aroma is mild, with light lager breadiness, and a hint of the hops. Taste is light bready malt, cookie, and herbal noble hops. Mouthfeel is light bodied, with crisp, lively carbonation. A fine example of the Helles style, quaffable and delicious.

Sep 22, 2007 Very enjoyable and easy drinking helles. aroma is nicely malty with a nice breadyness, with some noble hops appearing lightly in the backround. pours nicely with a white head that stays well and a very generous amount of carbonation. Flavor was classic malty flavor expected with a helles, very clean and malty flavor with a touch of hops. medium body. nice lager

Sep 8, 2007 Peach on the nose? Nuts on the end. It’s smokey on the end for sure, like roasted leaves. A real earthy brew. Pretty good overall.
