Pours a slightly cloudy pale yellow with a big well retained white head. very spicy aroma, nutmeg, wheat, coriander, and orange citrus really stand out. The taste is of big wheat, sweet nutmeg, and citrus. The nutmeg taste actually really dominates here, makes it very sweet on the palate. Easy drinking wheat, big on flavor. Finishes clean, and leaves a sweetness on the lips as it passes by. Pretty good.

Draught. Cloudy pale body with thin head. Aroma is of spices, light citrus. Flavor is spices, cloves, light fruit - banana, lightly citrus. Very sugary and well carbonated. Decent for a hot day.

Pours a bright yellow gold with a white head, fruity banana and sweet malt aroma, wheat fragrances, Flavor of light malt, wheat and sweet with citrus lemon, little pepper on the tongue, has a dry finish, a little thin in the mouth feel but a nice drink.

Great banana and nutmeg aroma with yeasty citrus notes. Pours golden blonde with a slight haze. A lot of great nutmeg and cinamon flavor with sweet oranges, surprisingly good! This is the closest beer i’ve had to Schneider’s Edel Weisse. Great beer, very refreshing! Could do for a little more carbonation, feels slightly flat for a hefeweizen, but still very enjoyable!

12 oz. bottle in 500ml weizen glass. Pours cloudy orange with lasting white head and lace. Medium aroma of banana esters and yeastiness. Pretty decent malted wheat flavors, especially as it warm up. Medium-light body and carbonation. Pretty damn good for an American hefe. Avoids the typical overhopping. Defintely drinkable in the absence of a good Geman hefe, and even instead of some German ones.

12 oz brown bottle. Pop the lid for an earthy smell and an aroma of a good citrusy wheat beer. Beatiful swirling pour starts off pale yellow then comes the precipitants from the gunk on the bottom of the bottle. Very good initial wheat flavor, orangy wheaty and no detectable bitterness. Pretty good impression on my palate as far as flavor goes. Medium low carbonation, could use a bit more. There are hints of the alky content showing thru with more contunued drinking. Freindly, well mannered and easy to get along with. If that alky character didn’t show thru this would be an excellent session brew. Not as good as michelob barvarian wheat but better than Penn Weizen. IMHO on par as far as enjoyability goes with Troegs Dream Weaver.

Good hefe....nice carbonation. Nice head with a hint of banana flavor. A great beer to have when its nice and warm outside

Nice hefe... it had a low carbonation with a decent amount of sediment. Nice thin, but frothy head. Great malty banana citrus flavor. Nice summer beer from start to finish.
