An unclear yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty and yeasty, like rising bread, but also with light notes of banana. The flavor is sweet wheaty combined with notes of citrus, yeast, and banana - again the yeasty notes reminds me of rising bread. The end is slightly citrusy and with the wheaty notes lingering for quite some time.

12oz bottle-pours a white head and cloudy yellow color. Aroma is yeast, musty wheat, banana, clove, light fruit, spices. Taste is plenty of banana and clove, spices, yeast, musty wheat, light fruit. OK carbonation.

This bottle is marked best before 2.5 months ago, but it’s been kept in a quite cold cellar that whole time, and tastes fine, so I’m not too worried. Aroma is close to accurate for a hefe, with spices yeast and clove, but is a touch sweet and thin. I like my hefes dry. The bit of yeast on the bottom of the bottle turns this mostly clear brew into a very cloudy apple-juice color. Good spice again in the taste, though thin on the palate and again a touch sweet. Not as pronounced as the aroma. Drinkable.

Hazy golden color - aroma of wheat, banana, lemon, a little grass and yeast. Flavor is fairly clean and crisp - a typical wheat beer character. Finish is slightly tart.

Bottle sampled with Beerded_one. Pours cloudy golden with a decent size white head. Aroma of funk, bananas, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet, bananas (loads of), and a little thin. Good brew.

One bottle from BOTW. Avg. amount of head that quickly disapated. Cloudy yellow color. Aroma of Wheat/Malt bananas and cloves. Flavor had no citrus of it’s own. I added lemon to help it out. Average wheat. Not up to par with the Germans.
