Light hazy yellow beer with nice bananas and cloves in aroma. Nice light malt and banas in mouth, and rather watery bodied. Mondial 2005.

Bottle, notes from Oct 05 (maybe Aug). Straw yellow hazy pour. Lemony banany estery aroma, some other wheats and some spice spice. Flavors were similar - fairly fruity and some spiced. Not quite balanced, but not too bad.

banana throughout, had to shake a bit for head, nothing unpleasing at all, cloves near the end, but not too much clove

very good looking beer, light cloudy glowing amber. Not the best I’ve had from Stoudts but its decent .

Pours hazy gold with a large white head and good effervescence. The aroma is dominated by banana, with a hint of cloves. Exactly how a hefeweizen should smell. Big banana flavor backed by bread and a touch of honey. There’s a slight off-flavor near the end that keeps this from being one of the best hefeweizens I’ve ever had.

Pours a hazy bright golden with a thin-lacing white head. Has a sweet wheaty and bready German yeasty aroma. Starts with a nice sweet malted wheat flavor and a touch of citric tartness and banana clove balance. This has a fairly authentic yeast strain in it. A nice American-brewed hefeweizen.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy golden yellow with average white lacing head. Aroma of lemon, banana and bubble gum. Flavor of the same, nice carbonation and a bit more lemon coming through in the flavor (might have been influenced by the lemon wedge they put on the glass) also some wheat in the flavor.
