Best of the style I’ve had in a long time. Aroma is fresh and loaded with wheat and sweet malt. Pours a cloudy yellow with a nice head. Flavor is spice and root beer. Just a touch of sweetness but the finish is very dry. Good stuff from in my opinion an underrated brewery.

12oz bottle. Ranked 2nd out of 4 in my blind Hefe tasting [4th Arbor Bavarian Bliss, 3rd Sam Adams, 1st Victory Sunrise] Pours a hazy but bright straw color with a small fine white froth 3.5. Aroma is quite sweet, reminds me of Plank’s hefe, ripe banana, estery, some crackers, lightly fruity, hint of creamy vanilla. Flavor is candied banana, crackers, very wheaty, waxy vanilla, bright and sweet, some spiciness reminiscent of a wit, sharp quick dry finish with a vacant aftertaste 6.5. Medium/light bodied with an abundance of larger corse fizzy carbonation, very airy packing peanuts feel, a very light syrupiness left after swallowing, too much carbonation overall.

Pours hazy yelllow-gold with a thick head that thins out but leaves decent lacing. This is citrusy, wheaty, yeasty, soft, mild spice. Flavors are what to be expected from a solid but perhaps unspectacular hefe. Refreshing. Nothing out of place. This works. No problems having it again.

Bottle. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Wheaty and light fruity aroma with a good dose of spices. The flavor has a wheaty base with banana, clove, and nutmeg. Maybe just a hint of citrus. Nice.

Pours a great color of light orange. No foam, like a beer should be. Has a light orange, citrus taste, but very enjoyable. Not too fruity, which is always great to taste.

12 oz. bottle from Belmont. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. The aroma has the expected banana, spices, yeast, and slight citrus. The flavor is wheaty with banana, spices, citrus, and a pinch of bubblegum. Light-medium body. Decent summer drinker.

Bottle. Nice hefe with a spice-hop blend to go with mild banana and lemon and lots of wheat notes.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy light orange with a small white head. Aroma of spices, clove, wheat. Flavor is quite similar with lots of spices, bubblegum, and wheat. Your typical hefe, but has too much spice presence. Overall decent. 7/4/7/3/14 (3.5/5)
