Hazy yellow pour with small white head. Aroma is bursting with citrus, clove, and wheat malt. Coriander and grapefruit also make themselves known. Flavor is a delicious balance of orange and lemon hop facets, and spicy wheat malt. The sweetness of the malt comes in the form of fruit and angelfood cake. Palate is highly carbonated, leaving a nice little prickle which subsides into your typical hefe-induced dry finish. I was very impressed.

Bottle. Nice solid Hefe. Grassy bananas and bubblegum. All the right notes, Decent carbonation. Yeast on the tongue and there it goes. Cute bottle.

Purchased a bottle from Mad Greek’s Pizzeria in West Philadelphia for the exorbitant price of $4. Not being able to find it on here because of the silly-ass writing on the label was a poor start. Weak, rapidly disappearing head that looks like laundry day memories. Looks vaguely like an energy drink: sickly yellow. Aroma is the best part about it: oranges, citrus, and something that reminds me of corn on the cob. Tastes vaguely of green apples... but then, it could taste vaguely of anything. Nice and light for a hot day like today, but can’t shake the feeling someone’s watered down a hoegaarden for me.

Pours a hazy golden color with a white head. Aroma is of orange peel, bubblegum, yeast, and wheat. Flavor is the same at first and finishes just slightly dry and crisp. Bubblegum, yeast, and the orange peel blend together nicely.

Poured cloudy straw colored with nice white head. Banana and clove aroma, now this is closer to traditional Bavarian weisse. Spicy and slightly acidic and sweet at the same time. Very nice and pretty true to style.

Pours a hazy bright golden yellow with a two finger head. The nose is wheaty, banana, yeasty, isoamyl acetate. Flavor is crisp, wheaty, banana, mildest hop character. Palate is smooth and full. Nice authentic character but needs more going on.

12-oz. Thanks, Laura! Pours cloudy straw yellow with a lacy white head. Lightly sour aroma, with spices. Banana taste with a spicy clove finish.
