Bottle. Wheat and banana aroma. Cloudy (of course) orange body, white head. Flavor is sweeter than many other Hefes, but certainly also packs the expected banana and clove notes. A bit too smooth, and without a pronounced finish. Still, a decent brew.

From a bottle poured a clear golden color with a good amount of head. Light wheat beer flavor with a quick finish.

decaturstevo’s Febmergency Tasting. Sample from a bottle thanks to decaturstevo. Cloudy whitish orange with a thin white head. Big coriander spice aroma, some orange. Taste is smooth, wheat body, citrus, and a lighter spice note.

Cloudy straw-colored with creamy layer of topping. Intense phenol aromatics, prominently clove, but allowing some wiggling room for banana with an airy wheatiness. Nice mouthfeel with flavor is again heavy on the phenols with clove and then banana figuring in against the pleasant wheat backdrop. Musky. Top-notch German-style hefeweizen

12-oz. Thanks, Laura! Pours a cloudy bright yellow. Creamy white film on top. Enormous banana and clove nose. Crisp, creamy, fizzy lightish body. Banana and clove on the mid-palate. Refreshing and drinkable.

12 oz bottle-clear light golden color w/a slight white head. Sweet, spiced aroma. Looks kind of thin & weak, but it sure doesn’t taste that way. Sweet spiced flavor, candied sugar, lemon, pepper, colander, banana, & orange peel. Very smooth & easy to drink, makes me wonder what the ABV is (surprised it’s not listed, but it isn’t on the bottle or the Website!). Great session brew, very enjoyable!
