765 ml bottle. Very Smooth. Dark copper in color. Quickly fading head. Silky smooth malt flavor. Just enough hop spice to make it interesting. To bad its a limited seasonal. This is an all around good ale.

765 (???) ml bottle. Large fizzy fast-diminishing head tops a clear maple-syrup colored body. Nose slightly maple-ish, slightly hoppy, reasonably malty, nice but nothing special. Flavor sweet, dark, oaky, somewhat sour-milkish at the end (uggh). Mouthfeel smooth and silky but also rather thin, if that makes sense. I like the beginning flavor a lot, but that’s about it for this so-so seasonal.

Deep ruby red, tan head and o.k. lace. Dark fruty malts in this one - thin up front but thick at the back. A nice warm hop keeps it all dry and tasty. Nice snowy day brew.

An ok beer. Little head and thin in color which translates as being watery with not a lot of flavor. Dry finish with slight hop taste. Can not pinpoint the other sight flavors present. I have had many other better winter brews.

Vintage dated 2002/2003. Thin looking pigskin brown with a sparse head that sports some rather large bubbles. Very warming aromas of cocoa and fresh baked baguettes. Mild bitterness to start that settles into flavors of Hershey chocolate and clove. A nice seasonal to prep you for the bigger and spicier ones yet to come.

Reb-brown with white head. Merengue, spices and hops are all over the place in this beer.

Dark reddish amber. Citric, roasty aroma. Medium bodied with fruity flavour, crystal malt profile and a balanced bitter finish.

Pours a deep ruby red, nice beige head and decent lace. Fruity nose, raisons, a bit of cinnamon, malts, sweet. Start is malt, the middle is medium, the carbonation moderate, the finish is slightly acidic, dry, and has a nice hop presence, to top off this most excellent beer.
