| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Sep 19, 2005 Bottle, clear brown pour, maybe a little ruddy. Malty and somewhat fruity aroma to me. More caramel malt flavors, no acidity. Drinkable and decent, but not a great example of a marzen beer imo. aracauna (2391), Georgia, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 18, 2005 Clear medium brown body with an ok head. The aroma has a cream corn aspect over the caramelly malts. Crisp and pretty easy drinking, but really could be better. rajendra82 (704), Alpharetta, Georgia, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Sep 16, 2005 Crystal clear amber colored pour and rapidly rising active carbonation looked good, nonexistent head and a lack of lacing not so much. Smell was malty with a touch of spice, which is just what I would expect from an Oktoberfest bier. Taste was a showcase of toasty Munich caramel malts. There was a touch of orange peel, and a hint of bitterness to round the taste out, but nothing getting in the way of the reserved and simply drinkable taste. Mouthfeel was on the full side of the style, and quite satisfying. A welcome new addition to the shelves in Georgia. noelcb (271), Toledo, Ohio, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Sep 15, 2005 Pale straw in color with a fluffy white 2-fingered head, which fell slowly with nice lace. Aroma was spicy and citrusy, with yeast, herbs, and straw. Taste was well-balanced, citrusy sweet and well-hopped. Not much malt and very carbonated. Mouthfeel was neither thick nor thin. Good every day beer, good but nothing special. 21iceman40 (1731), vienna, West Virginia, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Sep 11, 2005 Very clear reddish orange color with no real head. Aroma is of caramel and syrup with some salt water, big time banana peel flavor in the body and i get an after taste that tates like toast. Holdwine (908), Beertimore, Maryland, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 11, 2005 Average fest beer lacking any real punch. Drinkable with enough sweetness and caramel coming through. A tad watery. LilKem (1210), Marietta, Ohio, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Sep 11, 2005 weird ass beer. red-orange jello color. not much head. smells like syrup, raisins, carmel, triacle, molasses. Not as sweet to taste as it is to smell. Pumpkin spice, allspice, iced tea, salt water, lots of carbonation. Nothin about this really screams oktoberfest as even the spice and pumpkin aren’t very bold. meh.
