Aroma and flavor have caramel malt, and a light spiciness. Finish is sweet with hints of honey. Another solid beer from Stoudts. Years ago, when the brewery first started, they sold all of their beers, including this one, in recycled champagne bottles, non-pasteurized so it had to be kept cold at all times. Not sure if they still offer it that way today, but would be great if they did. I’ll ask when I stop by their brewery on the way home from Hershey in the 2nd week of October. yankeefan21 (82), USA

I snorted half this beer just trying to get anything from it. Foamy in the mouth, with a little hoppiness, but no sweet malt like I was expecting. Its an ok drinker, but no o-fest kassner (471), Wexford, Pennsylvania, USA

Lots of malt in the nose, bread, and just a touch of spicy noble hops. Very clean tasting, firm bitterness, but not overbearing. Full bodied, nearly perfect carbonation. Great fest beer that I could drink all night. rocbyter (926), Waterbury, Connecticut, USA
