Commercial Description:
The driest and most delicate of our lagers. Stoudt’s Pils is characteristic of the traditional European Pilseners. Straw-yellow and assertively hopped with Saaz hops, this frequent medal winner has a refreshing bitterness and refined hop aroma.

Poured a very pale golden with a fizzy white head. Nice aroma of floral and grassy hops with a bit of citrus. Flavor is citrusy lemon and nice pine and grassy hops. Very clean, and although not bursting with complexity, very refreshing and well-made. Hit the spot.

on draft @ redlight redlight. Has a nice citrus aroma, with honey. Pours a light golden color with huge white head. A nice crisp, citrusey, flavor with a great bitter finish you probably wouldn’t see in a European beer. I think it is quite refreshing, and it just looks so pretty poured in a .5 l Spaten glass as you watch the bubbles rise.

Pours a cloudy, medium yellow color, settling a light yellow. Fizzy white head with reasonable duration. Fair lacing. Aroma is of light yeast. Intial taste is pleasant, but kicks into a sharp bitter finish that is not pleasant. I feel like I just said a bad word, and had to bite a bar of soap. Light on the mouth, it has a watery texture with hardly any carbonation. Reviewed on January 4th, 2007 with Amber.

Golden body, no head (again, perhaps poured too early at tasting), light malt, floral hops, salty and bitter finish. Not my favorite pils ... any of the Victory pils line would be better ... but quite drinkable.

Ami Beer No. 250. Bottle. Delicious sticky malt and floral hop aroma. Pale golden pour with a foamy white head that likes to adhere. Bitter grassy taste, lightly malty with some Saaz poking through. Very dry with some light breadiness. Thin body and a dry grassy aftertaste. A winner!

Pours golden yellow with a white lacing head. Lightly hopped nose, with touches of lemon and grass. The taste is similar, with a lightly bitter finish.

Clear yellow with a large head. Spare lacing. Aroma is sweet malt (pils), apricot and grassy hops. Light body. Citrus comes through with a nicely bitter aftertaste.
