Pour was crystal clear yellow, nice fizzy head and decent lacing. Weak aroma of saaz hops. The flavor was sweet grainy malt with some grassy hop flavorings. Very mild hop profile. Good and clean beer. No complaints.

Jul 18, 2008 Taste 7/8/Bottle( Date) Looks: Crystal clear yellow, with bubbles racing toward the thin white head. Aroma: Mild grain. Light lemon/citrus. Taste;Effervescent, thin bodied, hops/lemon bite with a mild grain/straw/hay flavor. Fairly yeasty for a pils. Good.

Jul 13, 2008 bottle poured into a snifter has a light yellow golden color, hefty visible carbonation, and a one finger white foamy head. aroma has pilsner malt, corn sweetness, hefty hops for the style, and some grass. mouth feel is light with heavy carbonation. flavor has a nice combination of pilsner malt and hops, bitterness at the sides of the tongue, bites down nice with grains and grass. finish has a battle of sweetness that dries out and leaves a bitterness that lingers for a minute. very well done for the style and has enough hop interest while remaining a pilsner.

Jul 11, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours a light bright yellow with highlights of deeper gold and a thin, small-bubbled white head. The aroma is sweet with pilsner malt, light notes of honey and sweet corn, with a subtle hop aroma. The flavor is bready with a subtle sweetness and a firm bitterness. The finish is dry with a firm hop bitterness. The mouthfeel is tingly with a medium level of carbonation and has a medium-light body. Overall, a very decent German Pils with a strong clean pilsner malt character and a hop bitterness that manages to be firm while remaining shy of harsh.

Jul 9, 2008 I enjoyed this pilsner alot. Poured very straw yellow with great aroma of european hops. Great refreshing pilsner taste with a crisp and clean finish.

Jul 6, 2008 Clean and clear gold pour with fluffy white head. Citrus aroma. Sweet grains and a nice hoppy flavor with a clean dry finish . This is a very underrated beer.
