Sep 13, 2009 Bottled. A hazy dark red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has strong notes of alcohol, over ripe fruits, prunes, and nuts. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, over ripe fruits, coffee, caramel, and berries. The body is light. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Sep 13, 2009 75 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark redish to dark brown with a fully gone head. Roasted malty and slight fruity aroma. Ashtrayish flavoured, dark roasted and vague smoked. Lingering dark roasted malty flavoured. Light acidic note. Ends dark malty and slight chocolate flavoured. Bourbon warming finish.

Nov 14, 2003 Deep mahogany body topped by a lovely, creamy, medium tan head. Aroma is rich, sweet, chocolate, toffee, caramel, some peat. Taste is sweet, chocolate, caramel, finishing peat whiskey and chocolate. Medium-full body. Wow this is one wonderful beer!
