Not bad, good drinkability. A nice session beer.

Clear, orange amber body with a long-lasting creamy white head and thick white lacing. Slightly burnt toast charcoal malt flavour is lightly spiced throughout with a hint of evergreen. Medium-full body is a little rough. Average.

Fairly creamy head on a copper ale with a decent amount of carbonation.
Nice hop tang with a bit of toffee sweetness.

Mild aroma - malt, grain, some faint hops and sweetness. Taste is very refreshing and good - toasty malt, some faint hops, and grain. A solid session beer and way fresher (and similar to the Anchor Steam we get here. Thanks Stratford for adding something unique to the Ontario beer landscape! Very mild aroma of caramel malt, light toastiness and toffee. Flavour of slightly toasty malt, light hops, grain and caramel. Decent light bitter finish. Medium bodied. It’s O.K., it’s somewhat simple but there’s nothing bad about it.
