| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 1/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Mar 10, 2007 Pale yellow with NO head foam at all. Absolutely terrible looking. Aroma is apples and some acidity. Flavor is the same, light bodied and somewhat offensive. Not my thing. rmussman (905), California, USA
| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Mar 5, 2007 A true cider. Nothing else I have found in the states can compare. Everything that you would want in a non-cloudy cider. Dangerous after the third, and hangovers are likely. hayduke (1664), Eureka, California, USA

Poured a very clear light yellow with small head that was gone in seconds. Nose of apples. Flavor of apples but there seems to be other fruits there as well. Has a crisp finish. Mouthfeel fairly nice.. Actually nice to drink and the best cider I have seen. keoki182 (305), West Bend, Wisconsin, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 3/5 | 18/20 | Feb 24, 2007 For a cider, this is my favorite. Not too sweet, as many ciders are, this more like an apple beer than anything. Very easy to drink and smooth. Like the previous rater said, nice for a change of pace. You don’t feel as dirty drinking it at 9am, and you can drink several cans after a good beer session earlier in the day/evening. At 5.0%, it does the job eventually. A classic all-around staple that should be in everyone’s refrigerator. RCL (1486), Waltham, Massachusetts, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 13, 2007 Bottle... Clear light yellow cider. Fruity, acidic nose of apple butter apples... overripe and left in the sun to age. A bit vinous as well - white wine. The flavor is tart, then dry... Champagnish. Light-bodied and watery with just a rumor of carbonation. Lengthy, pungent, then bone-dry finish. Much better than expected!
