I’m not a fan of Strongbow. The aroma smells like old apples, i.e. rotten apples, and it has a far too sickly-sweet taste.

Pours a rather flat apple color with a very small head. Nose is crisp apple and mild sourness. The flavor is very clean apple notes with almost no sweetness. Clean but watery palate. Pretty good.

From bottle. Apple aroma not present. No head to really comment about. Not overly strong cider finish. Would taste good after a fall day of picking up leaves.

Has a bright bitter aroma of... You guessed it, granny smith apples (at least I think it’s granny smith). Poured out a bright golden color with generous head for cider... Tastes very bitter. Wouldn’t be at all surprised to learn that Bulmer’s uses unripened apples to begin with because there isn’t even a hint of sweetness in this cider. The consistency is watery and boldly effervescent. Not bad, but not my favorite cider.

An enjoyable beer but nothing particularly special. It is definitely better on tap, although I don’t really remember much about it in it’s bottled form. It is strongly carbonated with an apple flavouring. It has an unpleasant aftertaste that makes it difficult to drink more than a pint or two of this.

Bottle at Home. An okay cider. Very sweet, more like apple juice. Reminds me of Martinelli’s but with alcohol. Smells like dry apples. No head whatsoever.

Got it for free with the burger deal at Keystones in York: pale color like usualy cheap lager. aroma is corn and apples that isn’t very pleasant. flavor is much of the same apples and something weird that just doesn’t sit well. Don’t pay money for this. Its crap

Pale gold color. Huge white head. Looks just like a macro lager. Actually smells like a macro lager too. Corn and apple. Flavor is really just apple. Tastes like a slightly dryer apple juice. Lightly carbonated. Definitely something unpleasant in here. Not sure what it is or where it comes from. Not an offensive beverage. Not anything I’d pay for again, though.
