Tastes a bit of sour apple in the beginning but finishes a little dry. Unfortunatley, this cider does neither well. MarkoR (224), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Aroma of apples, not very strong nor pleasant and definitely not fresh. It’s similar to an apple-wine we have in Chile called Chicha. I also found some similarities with a white late harvest too.
Flavor is tart but not too much showing some notes of champagne, gewürztraminer wine and of course fermented apples. There’s a bit of sweetness too. Sour finish. This is something different.
Simple and refreshing, extremely light body and highly carbonated. Champagne-like consistence. Slightly dry finish. Watery, watery, watery. Alcohol unnoticeable. Weird. Not for me maybe. hollinger86 (1), USA does not count | 5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 20/20 | Apr 23, 2006 Just had it, loved it!!!
