Aug 14, 2009 Pale straw like color, aroma is sweet apples. flavor is sickly sweet with non enough apple. A cider should be crisp and remind you of fall and refresh you. This cider coats your mouth in a gross sugar coating and then you pour it out.

Aug 6, 2009 On tap @ O’Mailles. Clear, very pale yellow colour, fairly carbonated. Aroma is sweet apples. Taste is dry, like brut, with a white wine kind of feel, mixed with the sweet cider taste. Cider isn’t really my thing, unless I have memories to drink away.

Aug 4, 2009 Iight and refreshing.If you like white wine like sauvignon blanc you will likely enjoy this cider.Crisp with a golden color;poors with little to no head.Over all the best cider I’ve had.

Aug 1, 2009 Sampled at the 8th Annual Music City Brewer’s Festival. Clear solid yellow, white fizz. Aroma is red apples, tart, sweet. Taste is apple jolly rancher, sugar, sweet.
