Bottle, thanks to Patrik for sharing. Pours hazy mahogany brown with fizzy head and lots of sediments at the bottom. The fruity rich aroma has lots of minerals, apples, apple bruises, alcohol, and cake. Low carbonation but a very thick palate. Tastes totallydifferent than it smells, wow, almost opposite! Is burnt tasting (although that does come out in the aromas). Intensely hopped. The wood I notice in the palate, which seems slightly tannic. The alcohol I only detect in my head, not the flavors. The more I drink the more I notice a burnt wood, char, bonfire flavor. This is a unique set of flavors here I have never encountered in one place before.

Bottled (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is bready malts, mild alcohol and some caramel. Flavour is caramel malts, alcohol, some grass and US hops. Some oak as well. Pleasant.

A Mes rate. Bottle at the Struise Farm.
Deep dark, slightly hazy amber colour with a superb off white head. When we had this at the Pre ZBF event, it really wasn’t ready yet. It was a pretty much all over the place, nothing had integrated and there was a slew of diacetyl. What a difference a couple of months make! Awesome C hops all round are backed up by some intense, chewy earthy malt with a good herbal and spicy note. Lovely wooden tannin notes. Slick and oily but the massive bitterness gives it plenty of dryness and it is all married perfectly well now. Full of finesse, loads of depth. Superb job guys.

Amber with a small white head. Rich and complex malt aroma, caramel and bread, and a little American hops. Dry and malty flavour, toasted and biscuit notes. Some hop flavour and a nice bitterness.

Bottle@Home. Fruity aroma with loads of grassy hops. Hazy, amber/brown colour, beige fine head, good lace. Light sweet, very very bitter, grapefruit, hop, yeasty. Harsh dry mouth feel and warming. Over the edge for sure. With all the hops and nothing else there making it one dimensional.
