Commercial Description:
First blended by Glenn & Urbain at the Bles Festival in Zottegem Belgium, last October 2008, for the beer geek public, and around closing time. Many positive feedbacks around the blend, kept following both breweries. As a tribute, and honour to the late Pre-Zbf 2009 festival, we decided together with Alvinne, to officialize this blend to a one time labelled bottling this year. Only a thousand 33cl bottles were filled, to be distributed and sold on this fest, and in our respective shops.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of joergen/MiP/yespr. Pours a clear dark red with a pinkish head. Tart cherry aroma. Medium body, tart and sulphurous cherry accents. The finish is tart with a light acidity. Nice one. 200309

Bottle@Home. Sour cherries and cherry pits aroma. Cloudy, red colour, irregular pink head, fair lace. Fruity sour start that diminishes quickly to some sourness on the lips, light sweet, light bitter, cherries, bitterness from the cherry pits it seems. Thinnish, fruity dry finish. The cherry is there but body and balance are missing.

12 oz bottle thanks to xnoxhatex pours a red pink color with a pink head. Funked sour nose. Red fruit, cherries, drying and interesting. Prickly carbonation. Slightly earthy flavors with tart cherries that fade to a strawberry pop. Watery and sweet, but a solid and drinkable beer.

330cl bottle. thanks to devon and the other guys for sharing....nice raspberry red appearance with a soapy light pink head.... funky nose with a huge red fruit component to it. nice, dry, sour, and funky....tart dry red cherries with a lively mouthfeel. a little short on the sustenance of flavor but this, too, was highly drinkable.

Bottle from WeeheavySD at the T3. Looks like tomato juice and cranberry. I sucked the puddle from the table after the bottle gushed. Tartness and cherries in the nose. Flavor is sour and cinnamon. Yummy.
