Commercial Description:
First blended by Glenn & Urbain at the Bles Festival in Zottegem Belgium, last October 2008, for the beer geek public, and around closing time. Many positive feedbacks around the blend, kept following both breweries. As a tribute, and honour to the late Pre-Zbf 2009 festival, we decided together with Alvinne, to officialize this blend to a one time labelled bottling this year. Only a thousand 33cl bottles were filled, to be distributed and sold on this fest, and in our respective shops.

Bottle PZF & PZT. Wow! Pours Pink Pink and More Pink. Aroma :Full ripe cherries, creme fraise, tart with some funk. Flavour: full bold and deep in cherry characters slight lactic acid but very moreish as it is not overlly sweet. Prefer this to normal Kerasus as the flavour is much bolder and fuller in body.

Rating #10. Consumed many many times over a week period. This one scores huge points for drinkability. Pours a murky dark pink/purple with a wonderful pink fizzy head. Strong black and ripe red cherry aroma, tart and sour with a moderate acidity, hint of yogurt. Having tried both base beers its easy to see what each contributes. Flavor is mostly cherry complimented by tart tangy lemon, like cherry-lemonade, slightly funky with hints of yeast. Not too tart that one can’t drink it without puckering, but just sour enough to be extremely tasty. With age this should dry out a bit and become more sour, however, its quite good as it is now. Medium/light bodied with crisp soda carbonation, not syrupy at all. Great artwork by Beejay Oslon.

The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. Starts sourish like a good kriek, nicely fruity, a bit woody. Sourishness stays behind, doesn’t become too much. Modest dry and fruity finish. Tastes like a good kriek. I liked it! Big thanks to bierkoning for the bottle!

Bottle, thanks to oh6gdx (Patrik) for sharing. Pours a gorgeous opaque jewel tone bright ruby red. Excellent sour cherry lambicesque aroma oozing character, funky yet clean. The cherries are so intense in this rich, lovely aroma. I also smell some cedar/aromatic wood after that. The palate is smooth, very soft and the high carbonation does not seem fizzy at all. The flavors are more lactic than the aroma lets on. The cherry character here is fabulous, and in total harmony with the lactic acid and other sourness. Nice sweet malts too. This I can drink a lot of!

Nice, good, fine pink head over ruby red beer with faint haze. Faint sourish aroma, real cherries jumping out of the glass, and light woody background. Starts with dry, delicate patisserie cookies, and a very aromatic flowery background, gradually giving in to red fruit. Light, refreshing, long fruity aftertaste. Excellent mild fruitbeer.
