Commercial Description:
New batch brewed at Struise, available from July 2008.

Dangerous Blonde is a funky triple style beer with a strong edge brewed first in December 2004 and released for New Years Eve 2005. It was once brewed at the Caulier facilities exclusively for Ølbutikken in Copenhagen, Denmark. Only 140 bottles of this exclusive batch were released at that time in numbered and sealed magnum bottles. We thought it was time for a Struise Deca revival! Deep golden orangey to amber body and a white creamy head. Has a nose with a complexity of different aromas. The taste is a little bitter, sweet and fruity acidity with little to medium carbonation. The finish is almost endless with again a bitter, sweet and dry aftertaste.

rbesg06gt, bottled. pale golden with a large and lasting head. aroma of meringue and vanilla pie. sweet but with well-balanced alcohol and yeast bite and some lightly grassy hops in the finish. a better than average tripel, i’m surprised it’s only getting average reviews

Draught at Ølbaren, vintage 2004
Hazy light blond color. Interesting spicy aroma, more sour (citrus fruits) than the average Triple; white beans. Powerful body, enough malt roundness, well balanced. Very good.

Draught @ Ølbaren, Copenhagen. Keg from 2004. Pours a slightly hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Sweet malty yeasty aroma. Malty spicy flavor with hints of yeast and citrus. Dry vanilla finish with some bitterness.

Draught – Beautiful deep golden body, white creamy head; Amazing nose, perfect sized, deep, complex, lots of different aromas: Greek yoghurt with honey, soft sweet cherry. This nose is perfect in any way; Super soft body that needs a bit more complexity and balance to be perfect, bitter, sweet with a little warm sweet fruity acidity, a little to little carbonation; Super long finish, bitter, sweet and a little dry, again lots of aroma. Amazing beer.

On tap @ Ølbaren. 2005 vintage. Popurs a clear golden with a white head + lacings. Smells of malts, yeast and ever-so-slightly sour. Sweet and flowery. Slightly grassy hopsprofile. Sharp loong crispy dry finish. Also grassy in the very late finish. Hides alcohol very well. Lovely.

Draught (2004) at Ølbaren. Light yellow - white head. citrus, wheat, fruity, yeast, grape, freah, flowery. Not much obvious alcohol - despite the 10%. Very nice..
