Very malty with a strong sweetness and a lightly fusty edge. The alcohol is very evident and lightly burning. Discreet bitterness. Archetypical Belgian. 311205

Jul 15, 2007 1.5 L bottle (93). Pours slight hazy yellow with a huge white head. Slight sour, hoppy and yeasty/malty aroma, slight sweet too. Medium to full-bodied. Flavour is sweet with spice notes from the yeast. Sweet finish very nice.

Hazy light blond color. Interesting spicy aroma, more sour (citrus fruits) than the average Triple; white beans. Powerful body, enough malt roundness, well balanced. Very good.

Jan 20, 2008 [Draught @ Ølbaren] Hazy golden with large head. Aroma is sweet fruity with yeast, floral and orange peel notes. Sweet yeasty flavor with spices grapefruit and orange peel. Very soft and nicely balanced. Alcohol well hidden.
