Bottle from fata. Cloudy gold with a large white head. Yeast bomb!! Malty and yeasty. A bit one dimensional. But still entertaining to drink.

Opens with a lots of carbonation, the bottle nearly exploded. Pours hazy golden with an off-white head. Fair lacing. Nose of yeast, citrus and mild malts. Moderate sweet flavour with wheat, malt, spice and citrus. Light to medium bodied. Slightly bitter and more dry finish. More watery than expected, it’s not my favorite Struise.

Large rocky white lasting head with good lacing. Hazy orange body. Average malt aroma of grain. Quite hoppy! Aroma of herbs, resin and raw vegetable. Medium body, oily texture and a metallic bitter and dry finish. Moderate sweet and moderate/heavy bitter.

Bottle from 2 be. Pours a very hazy peach, with a large finely bubbled white head. Aroma is a little musty/yeasty with light fruit notes. Medium body with foamy/creamy carbonation. Flavor is bitter light fruit over a little caramel. Finishes yeasty and mildly bitter. A touch of peach/apricot flavor.

This hazy golden beer poured with a rich white head that began to flow when the bottle was opened. There is a musty fruit aroma and a carbonated yeasty malt flavor that is neither sweet nor sour, with a slightly bitter characteristic and a little banana ester.
