Nose of yeast, citrus and mild malts. Moderate sweet flavour with wheat, malt, spice and citrus. Light to medium bodied. Slightly bitter and more dry finish. Aroma is a little musty/yeasty with light fruit notes. Medium body with foamy/creamy carbonation. Flavor is bitter light fruit over a little caramel. Finishes yeasty and mildly bitter. There is a musty fruit aroma and a carbonated yeasty malt flavor that is neither sweet nor sour, with a slightly bitter characteristic and a little banana ester.
