Draught. Hazy white-gold in colour with a small white head. The aroma isn’t too big - it’s yeasty and only mildly fruity. The carbonation is sharp and lively. Cheesy yeast and sweet fruit flavours like pear. Sampled at the Københavnske Øldage 2006 on May 20, 2006.

Bottle. Be careful when you open it. I was not, too bad lost a good deal at the fountain it created. Crispy white lasting and good looking head. Hazy orange body. Swee fruity aroma, peaches and apples I guess. Mild hops flavor with notes of alcohol. Good mouthfeel and long aftertaste. Well done.

50 cl bottle. This bottle just exploded in my face when oppened it. Yeast at the bottom. Golden to orange colour with a big fluffy head. Great aroma of yeast, citrus and someway sour milk. Very tastefull flavour of yeast, spice, hops and ends in a light smooth dry finish. Very nice but dangerous...

Bottled. Sweet citrus and malty aroma. Pale golden color, large fine white head, very nice lace. Sweet, citrus, pineapple, soft bitterness, pretty hoppy but somehow hidden. More sticky then the sweetness suggests.

Very high offwhite foamy head on an unclear yellow body. An interesting taste, spicy ans citrus like, rather on the bitter side. nice beer, but not among my favourites.

Light yeasty nose, hazy yellow color, white foamy head. Spicy middle, vanilla and citrus (grapefruit) notes. Tight light bitter. Medium body and smooth texture. Some character and a classy beer.

Golden color, huge head which lasts forever. Fruity orange nose. Intense grapefruit taste - very fresh. Nice one!

50 cl bottle. Huge, massive, fluffy white head and sticky lace. Cloudy, pale yellow colour. Spicy, zesty aroma with light yeastiness and pale malt. Fairly full-bodied and creamy texture. Light sweetness, with a peppery flavour and a touch of honey. Smells, tastes, and feels, much hotter than 5.5%. Good, tripelish beer.
