Bottle from under the stairs. Yellowy witbier haze, silky suds, superb sherbety woodsy aroma with lemon, pepper, sweet grassy hops, yeast, a sprinkle of barnyard and vinegar. Milky soft palate, mellow lemony citrus, quite a robust shampoo bitterness sneaking up at the end . A Silkier, less agricultural Westy blond.

Kind gift from Mes at the tasting at my gaff. Yellow hazy gold, lovely white head. Grassy, well does have Irish moss in it. Refreshing and neckable as hell. Had to really try and discipline myself not to down it. Great stuff.
