Yellowy witbier haze, silky suds,superb sherbety woodsy aroma with lemon, pepper,sweet grassy hops,yeast, a sprinkle of barnyard and vinegar. Milky soft palate, mellow lemony citrus, quite a robust shampoo bitterness sneaking up at the end . A Silkier, less agricultural Westy blond.

Grassy, well does have Irish moss in it. Refreshing and neckable as hell. Had to really try and discipline myself not to down it. Great stuff.
