Jun 9, 2008 bottle, pours honey butter color with full head. Aroma is sweet malts and fruit with some mustiness. Sweet flavor with nice spice and slightly tart finish. Lingering mustiness from the moss. Lots of carbonation. Interesting beer.

May 28, 2008 (Bottle, Monk’s Café, Stockholm) Golden colour with firm, creamy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of citrus and floral hops. Fruity, spicy taste with notes of citrus, Seville orange and spicy, floral hops in the finish. Fairly dry with a brilliant balance between malt, fruit and spiciness. Very fresh and nice, one of the better Belgian blondes I’ve tried.

A attractive cloudy orange yellow with an excellent white head. Lovely lemony sherberty hoppage in the aroma with an awesome hit of earth and wet grass. Guess that will be the moss then... Refreshing and balanced flavour which is similar to the aroma but with a lovely tartness round the edges. Dry and gloriously drinkable. A real summer beer garden drink. This really is the sort of beer that can turn lager drinkers heads for the first time. Accessible quality as expected from the men who do very little wrong.

May 25, 2008 Botella. Pours a cloudy deep orange colour with a huge off-whote bubbly and creamy mostly diminishing head leaving a good lacing. The aroma is yeasty and sweet with ripe fruits and hops. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is yeasty with ripe fruits, a comfortable bitterness, some citrus, spices and a good amount of hops indeed. Dry hoppy yeasty finish.

May 11, 2008 Cloudy orange with a big fluffy white head that keeps lasting. Yeast dominated aroma of exotic fruits, bubblegum and spices plus a hint of grassy hops. Dry and quite bitter with some hop flavour. Great, drinkable beer. Just a little sulphur note keeps it from rating as really great.
