Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet spicy with notes of citrus, coriander, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, citrus, wheat, malt, and a bit of pine, leading to a slightly dry and slightly bitter finish. A nice thirst quencher.

(Bottle 33 cl) Deca version - my first 50 cl bottled Caulier version exploded in the cupboard. Pours a hazy amber golden with a tall and lively head that works its own way out of the bottle. Yeast sediment. Aroma of malt and yeast. Fairly solid body also with malt and yeast being the most prominent. Some alcohol presence before a dry finish. 290706

33 cL bottle, trade with fonefan. Pours light cloudy yellow with a lacing white head. Light caramel malt, mild wheat and light spiced aroma. Flavour is dry wheaty and mild malty. Light yeasty note too. Ends with a light bitterness and a dry note.

Bottle 33cl. @ home.
Light unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity ala mango, light to moderate yeasty, spicy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, a dry dry finish. Very nice balancede beer. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (220808)

Draught. Clovy aroma with some citrus. Pale yellow, quite cloudy colour. Nice white head. The flavour is clovy with a little tartness and sweetness. The finish is also tart with a little appleish sourness.

Bottled. Hazy orange coloue with big white fluffy head. A lot of preassure when opening the bottle. Aroma is quite sour wheat and grass along with some notes of vegetables. Actually, the first thhing that came to my mind was rabbitpiss... After having a rabbit for 8 years, something did apparently stay in my mind... Flavour is wheat, yeast, hops and some fruity notes. Also some flowery notes. Very wellbalanced brew, and really refreshing as for the taste.
