Jul 6, 2008 Bottle from under the stairs. Yellowy witbier haze, silky suds,superb sherbety woodsy aroma with lemon, pepper,sweet grassy hops,yeast, a sprinkle of barnyard and vinegar. Milky soft palate, mellow lemony citrus, quite a robust shampoo bitterness sneaking up at the end . A Silkier, less agricultural Westy blond.

Jul 6, 2008 Kind gift from Mes at the tasting at my gaff. Yellow hazy gold, lovely white head. Grassy, well does have Irish moss in it. Refreshing and neckable as hell. Had to really try and discipline myself not to down it. Great stuff.

Jun 19, 2008 Hazy yellow with a big head. Yeasty aroma with notes of pear and spice. The flavour is dominated by honey and a particular type of spice that I cannot define, but it bothers me a bit and ruins the beer for me. I experienced the same thing with the Elliot brew...

Jun 9, 2008 bottle, pours honey butter color with full head. Aroma is sweet malts and fruit with some mustiness. Sweet flavor with nice spice and slightly tart finish. Lingering mustiness from the moss. Lots of carbonation. Interesting beer.
