Orange pour with plenty of head. The aroma is earthy, grassy, and a hint of caramel--though very faint. The taste is strange to me--bitter, but not a pine or citrus bitterness--very, very earthy and biting. Some spice to this brew as well. Not that enjoyable to me for this style.

Aug 26, 2008 Bottle; poured a hazy orange color with a huge off white head with strong lasting power. Aroma of citrus, flowers, beligan yeast and fruit. Flavor was dominated by flowers and yeast; some fruit. A bit dry; lacking a whole lot of sweetness. Some fruit and citrus as well. Easy drinking for the style, but not quite as flavorful.

Aug 25, 2008 33cl Bottle found at Beer Paradise in Holstebro. Hazy amber color with a rich and thick off whiote head that lasts. Lots of hops in tha aroma with citric fruit touches. The flavor is malty with fruit notes. Very nice

Aug 25, 2008 33cl bottle: poured dark orange with a very large off white head. Yeasty, fruity aroma. Mild citrus,Juicy Fruit gum. Unmistakeably Belgian. Dry flavor with big fruit notes, bitter hops, prickly carbonation. Bitter fnish. Not an American IIPA. Very little sweetness. Great lasting head and lacing all the way down. Very good.

Aug 22, 2008 Nice opaque brown-golden-amber body with a huge, stable, foamy lacing head. Nice liqueric aroma with hop, honey and caramel, some spicey coriander. Complex flavor with strong but good balanced hop, honey, some lemoniness, nice caramel. Smooth mouthfeel, dry, hopy and liqueric aftertaste. Nice again booth Struise and Mikkeller.
