A somewhat complex aroma of raisin hops and malt hits the nose as soon as I poured. The taste is sweet with oak, raisin, maltyness, licorise and a bit of alcohol. Aroma of dark fruit, brown sugar and a bit of yeast. Yeast comes out heavier in the taste, with the raisins, brown sugar and a little bit of peppery spices. Alcohol is fairly well covered.
