| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 9, 2007 Cloudy brownish color, medium head. Aroma is sweet of wheat, malt, chocolat, some yeast, brown sugar. Taste is in between a german dunkelweizen en a belgian double beer, definitely sweet. The soft chocolat tones are delicate. However, other brews of de Struise are way better. smcd (366), USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 8, 2007 (03/2007. Bottle). Hazy amber color. Off-white head that collapses quickly, but does leave some nice lace. Sweet caramel aromas mixing with a quite-sour nose. Medium-full bodied. Sugary. Complex tastes dance on the tougne. I wish I would have taken better notes on this one ... I’m going to miss it. Papsoe (15103), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 8, 2007 (Bottle 50 cl) My version brewed by Caulier. Hazy golden with a dense and lively, off-white head leaving a broad curtain of laces. Sweetish aroma of caramel and fruit - perhaps a slight maderization. Rather good body, completely dominated by sweet, caramelish malt and brown sugar. Very subdued bitterness. A malt lover’s session beer... 070307 Grovlam (3810), Copenhagen, Denmark
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 10, 2007 Bottle. Head was average fizzy and white which mostly lasted. Colour was of cause amber, with a cloudy to hazy look to it. Aroma was moderated malty with notes of rye bread, grain and caramel. Other notes were light flowers, yeasty, wood and fruit. Light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Light sweet flavour with hints of bitterness in the finish. Reasonable beer! Theis (3771), Denmark

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 24, 2006 Bottled. Thanks to Carlo for this. A deep reddy amber coloured beer with no head. The aroma is very fruity yet dry. There is also a woody character. The taste has good fruits, probably raspberry dominant together with a little musty sourness. Again feels wuite dry in the mouth. Lots of flavour for a Belgian beer of such a low ABV. Very nice. jbrus (4895), Delft, Netherlands
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 4, 2006 Bottled. Aroma of grapes, raisin, dough and yeasty. Amber color, fine beige head, good lace. Sweet, raisin, cookie dough, hints of pepper and licorice. Soft and silky mouthfeel. Nice but I’m not impressed. Jerre (1756), Waregem, Belgium
