2008 bottle. Pours hazy dark amber with a very shallow beige head. Aromas of tropical fruit. Medium body with light, frothy carbonation. Flavors of lush fruits, yeast and caramel. Hardly any bitter. Pleasant. Different. Bottle says walnuts. I’ll go with that.

2008 bottle shared by bhensonb. This cloudy apricot colored beer poured with a very thin beige head and a fruity aroma. There is a unique flavor that is chalky and malty, not at all sweet. This strange walnut flavor sticks well to the palate.

Bottled(330ml). -Murky orange/cooper coloured, medium sized off-white head, dry fruity spicy nose. Sweet malty and fruity caramel taste with notes of nuts, candy sugar and discreet spicy presence. Soft carbonation and rather dry finish.

bottle, dark orange/dark amber colour, nice small white and beige head, smell: typical malty, fruity. Taste: complex for a 6% beer: malty, grainy, fruity, coriander, coffee, yeasty, sugar, peach, banana. Lovely and refreshing beer. But miles away from his big brothers (pannepot/pannepeut and black albert)

33cl bottle. Pours hazy brown colour with a creamy beige head. Aroma is malt, sour fruit and floreal. Flavor: yeast, roasted, earthy, spicy. Medium body, medium carbonation. Dry finish with some bitterness. A really good belgian ale; reminded me a great artisanal beer I drank some time ago in Milan.

33cl bottle. pours amber, thin off white head. Aroma is malty, sweet caramel with some floral hops. Taste, malty, oat, light dark fruits that reminded me a lot of CCB Maduro. Light malty profile, medium carbonqtion, fibnish had some light spices and citrus hops.
