(Bottle) Pours grayish brown. The aroma is spicy, floral. fruity and perfume-ish with nutty and yeasty undertones. The flavour is light fruity, spicy, floral and nutty with a dry finish. Bit sourish and yeasty. Medium bodied.

[1180-20080303] Tap. Mild malty aroma with a hint of lemon rind. Clear, amber orange body with a medium-lasting foamy off-white head. More mild maltiness in the flavour along with tangy grainy alcohol. Medium body. Quite nice, repeatable.

33 cl. bottle from Ølbutikken, in Copenhagen. Pours murky pecan-amber color with a large fluffy white head that diminishes slowly leaving thick lace. Aroma is fruity and bready, with hints of lemon and herbs. Flavor is tart and dry, with toasty malts, more of the citrus, a somewhat metallic taste, some spiciness and bitter herbs in the finish. Medium body and gently foamy carbonation.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden brown with thick sustaining head. Lots of carbonation. Aroma of fruity malts, citrus, grapefruit? Flavor of sweet malt quickly gives way to woodsy piney nut flavors with dry spicy finish. Thoroughly enjoyable beer.

A coloração é alaranjada. O creme bege é bastante consistente e medianamente persistente. De baunilha é o forte e agradável aroma. Na boca, a alta carbonatação é de textura macia e não compromete. No paladar, mais baunilha e um toque de maçãs verdes confere um surpreendente frescor. No acabamento, uma suave sourness e um leve amargor.

Tashi’s house, 28/05/08. Bottle courtesy of Mes and Reakt. Cloudy orange with a spicy aroma. Very soft and smooth on the tongue. Packs the flavours of a blonde beer but also a decent amount of malt. Nice stuff.
