Amber pour tall dense white head, no real lacing. Almost no aroma, light grains... and ??. Palate is light and fluffy touch of creaminess in the finish. Flavor is odd, finishes w/ a sweet almost grainy taste.. leaves a taste I can’t really Id but I like it.. odd flavors imparted in the yeast here... I like this beer though.

appears unclear yellow/orange.
flavor a bit like chemicals, rather flat and uninteresting i need to know the style better. very dry. sort of well balanced.

Sep 21, 2008 Bottle from Kelk pub in Brugge. Cool amber, cloudy appearance with a white head. Sweetness on your nose. Complex flavors of fruit, malt, and some bitterness. Also a bit of earhy funkiness and tad undertone of sourness.

Aug 16, 2008 2007 Pours a cloudy dirty gold with a decent head. Aroma of banana, light caramel, a bit nutty. Nice flavor. Better than I remember it from earlier this year.

Aug 16, 2008 Bottle shared by grimreeser. Pours orange with an off white head. Great nose of sweet banana and belgian esters. Lighter side of medium bodied. Nice light citrus, banana, and nutty flavors, but not too heavy. Refreshing but full of flavor. Great session beer

Appearance: Golden yellow with a generous head that vanishes all to quickly.
Aroma: Fruit, Grain, Berries, Citric Notes.
Flavor: Exotic fruit, Citric notes, Yeast, Wheat, Berries.
Palate: Very refreshing and balanced, like a lambic-wannabe. Lots of carbonation.
A lambic wannabe ? :) Not an exceptional brew but definitely something i would consider drinking again. Very nice on a hot summers day!
