| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Dec 25, 2009 Not a massive wit beer fan. This is a dry hopped bitter and ctirus hopped ale. Can detect a tangy zest down the nose. A nice unpastuerised beer but expected better from those legends at De Struise. It feels a bit heavy on the mouth and the carbination so on that note I rate it a little less. I’m sorry Urbain but I love your other beers. Jukkabro (3039), Tampere, Finland

Strongly hopped aroma with lemon and yeast coming up too, some grainy cardboard also here. Medium bodied. Flavor is even more hopped specially in bitter and dry aftertaste, some lemon, honey and fruits also come up. madmitch76 (653), , Essex, England

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 13, 2009 Courtesy ChzMan. Hazt orange/gold. Small, dense, white head. Not much going on here- lightly grainy malt, light dose of earthy hops, bready and airy yeast, and hints of cotton candy and candi sugar. Medium, balanced body with a dry, yeasty finish. Unremarkable, but drinkable. From notes. daknole (3032), Scottsdale, Arizona, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 5, 2009 Opens with a lots of carbonation, the bottle nearly exploded. Pours hazy golden with an off-white head. Fair lacing. Nose of yeast, citrus and mild malts. Moderate sweet flavour with wheat, malt, spice and citrus. Light to medium bodied. Slightly bitter and more dry finish. More watery than expected, it’s not my favorite Struise.
