A fine fruitiness in the aroma, oranges and lemonade. A noticable yeast scent, some spices, and a pleasant whiff og marzipan and roasted nuts. Taste is medium malty, rounded, both sweet and light sour. Generously spiced. Less bitter than original version. Some subtle wooden notes, and a refined fruitiness underneath. Alcohol well masked. flavor is soft, blended, very good, vanilla, wood, spices, fruits, it all is so mixed up and balanced and soft that it’s a big pleasure to drink. very tasty. You don’t notice the 10% abv at all. finish is a bit more bitter and alcoholic than the flavor, but it suits the beer very well.
