Bottled. An amber beer with sediment floating around under a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of alcohol, spices, and lots of fruit. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of fruit and light notes of spices, leading to a dry spicy finish. I think it need to mature.

(Bottle 75 cl) Pours a hazy golden with an off-white head. Aroma of fruit and metal and some alcohol. Good full body with sweetish caramel and fruit and smooth and discreet notes of wood. No real bitterness but lots of alcohol. Round, pleasant and complex and definitely more interesting than the original. 290608

Bottle, 10.0%. Gusher. Yeasty aroma, good maltiness underneath. Dark orange colour, lots of yeast floating around. Small stable white head. The flavour is sweet, quite fruity with some dried fruit, apricot comes to mind as so often before. There is also some yeast to the flavour, but not a problem here. The finish is peppery and with a distinct bitterness.

Bottled. Hazy deep orange colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty and also has some spices and yeast with wooden hints. Flavour is fruits, spices, wood and quite strong alcoholic notes. When the yeast is poured in, some of the alcohol notes go more mellow.
