This "Robust White" is a living wheat beer of high fermentation, unfiltered and unpasteurized. Brewed with natural ingredients, bottle conditioned in 33 cl bottles.

Pours hazy gold into a Tumbler. Yeast and citrus aromas. Light and refreshing, but not a significant amount of flavor.

Bottle sampled. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a nice fluffy white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, citrus, and some fruit notes. Flavor is moderatly sweet with wheat, citrus coriander, light fruit, and some fresh spices with a clean and dry finish. A decent brew

Bottle: Pours a cloudy honey color with a creamy white head. Yeasty citrusy aroma, bright and lemony. Nicely carbonated feel. Somewhat yeasty flavor, with a damp basement subtlety, followed by a crisp lemon character. Nice sharp character, making it extremely refreshingand drinkable. A very citrusy and refreshing Witbier.

Pours a hazy, light golden blonde body with intense microstream carbonation. A large, dense, foamy white head shows excellent retention. Random flares of patchwork lacing decorate the glass well. The aroma shows light sweet and sour citrus with a very light spice profile. Some syrupy peach and apricot scents emerge as it warms up. The flavor is light and crisp, with lemon chiffon and apricot providing the fruit content. Bready yeast softens things a bit, while very faint spices add a bit of depth. Still, something seems slightly off here, and I can’t quite put my finger on it. Medium bodied and smooth, finishing slightly dry. Nice, refreshing brew, but nothing to get too excited about.

Bottled: Pours a nice white head, good retention and stringy lace. Hazy blond orange hued brew. Nose is lightly spicey, citrusy and yeasty. Body is light with a nice effervescent carbonation and a light oilyness. Spicey flavors, light coriander, citrus with an underlying breadyness and some caramel malt notes. Dry, lightly fruity finish. Enjoyed @statelineliquors last Belgian tasting. Thanks Robert!

Bottle... Hazy yellow ale with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Excellent retention. Yeasty, citrus nose presents fragrances of lemon, biscuit and lactic acid. Breadsy, acidic flavor welcomes mild bitterness once it warms. Berliner Weiss-like. Medium-bodied and creamy with moderate carbonation. Crisp, lightly bready, citric finish. A Flemish Wit, I guess. Refreshing!

Bottle. Clove, orange, and musty malt aroma. Cloudy tan-yellow color with giant, fluffy head. Tart lemon and musty wheat malt flavor. Very dry for a witbier. A nice less sweet witbier.
